Edwin Larsen, AIA

Founder and Principal

With more than 25 years in the high-end residential architecture and construction industries, Edwin gained invaluable experience engaged as a Designer, Architect, and a Custom Home Builder within both Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York (the architecturally splendid suburbs of New York City) markets, and now in the Chicagoland area. That knowledge continues to inform his design processes and guides his clients through even the most discerning and complex projects.

From classical to modern, transitional to minimal, Edwin has been involved in many styles of architecture during his career. He can deliver a unique and creative solution for your project that encompasses all your "wants and needs," and integrates your own ideas. His experience as a Custom Home Builder enables him to design within your budget and lead the team to success.

Edwin earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology, Magna Cum Laude, from the New York Institute of Technology’s School of Architecture and Design. In addition, he holds Associate Degrees in Architectural Engineering and Construction Technology from Norwalk Community College. In 2024 he became a LEED AP Home professional and recently completed a certificate program in Sustainable Preservation with Cornell University. Edwin is a licensed Architect in the State of Illinois, Indiana, and New York, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

In his free time, Edwin is an audiophile, Chicago Bulls fan, a car enthusiast, and enjoys traveling both domestically and abroad. Chicago's Prairie District is his home which he shares with his two cats, Reese's Pieces and PuNkin' Pie.
